We want you to be satisfied with your order from us. While we do everything we can to make sure you get what you expect when you order, rarely, things beyond our control do cause issues that make a return necessary.
It is important to consider that we endeavor to describe and display the products as best we can to prevent any misunderstanding. You, as a knowledgeable customer should be confident you will recieve what has been advertised.
Each object is unique and is made from natural wood, and may contain some differences in grain and wood structure that may not be immediately apparent in the pictures. Bark inclusions and fractures that have been repaired are to be considered natural features of the wood.
We will issue full refund of the purchase price if your purchase does not meet your expectations providing the item is in the ORIGINAL, as shipped condition. However, if a personalized engraving or other special embellishment has been requested and applied to the vessel, it is not returnable for a refund. Refunds are less all shipping and associated fees such as insurance and return receipt. To return an item, an RMA number is required.
To request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, call 808-966-4496 or send mail to returns@HawaiianParadiseUrns.com.
RETURNING AN ITEM: Please contact us before returning an item. We must be contacted within 48 hours to obtain an RMA number, and all returns must be shipped back to us within 96 hours of delivery confirmation in their entire original packing. Any return shipped after the 96 hour period or not in the original packing may be charged a significant restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund. Customer will be required to return the original package insured with delivery confirmation at customerís expense.
Objects that are returned without an RMA number or beyond the time period indicated may be charged a significant restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund, depending upon the condition of the object when recieved by us.
We pack our items very well. We ship all packages insured. In the event your item is damaged during shipment, please notify us and we will send you all the information needed to file a "damage claim" with the shipping carrier. Customer will need to file the claim as the delivering carrier will have to inspect the entire package.
Please do not sign for a package if there is obvious damage to the box.
We send all items with insurance and a confirmation delivery requiring a signature. If your package is lost during shipment, we will file a "lost claim" with the shipping carrier and credit your account.
